Sales Activities:

  • Lead Generation and Qualification:
    actively seek out potential customers through various channels like cold calling, networking, referrals, online research...etc. & qualify them to opportunities. 
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Building & maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, providing exceptional support, and ensuring their satisfaction. 
  • Presentation & Proposal:
    Create compelling presentations, demonstrations, and product information to potential clients followed by Technical & Financial Proposal. 
  • Negotiation and Closing:
    negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to finalize sales agreements. 

Skills & malmanagement activities:

  • Product Knowledge:
  • Strong & continues self-learning on the products & services.
  • Sales Targets and Reporting:
    Actively working to meet the target, track sales activities & report the progress. 
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    They collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to refine sales strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience. 
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    They stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve sales approaches. 
  • Customer Support:
    Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing ongoing support are also part of their responsibilities.
